By accessing our site or reserving any studio time or production services, you agree to comply with the terms listed below. These terms are designed to protect both you and Projkt Studios while creating a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for everyone who works within our space.

Please review these terms carefully before booking. If you have any questions, we encourage you to reach out prior to confirming a reservation. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Our goal is simple. Create a safe, reliable, and creative environment where ideas can thrive and productions can run without friction.

Bookings and Reservations

All studio bookings must be made through the Projkt Studios website. Reservations are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Booking times include setup and breakdown. Clients are responsible for managing their time accordingly.

Same day bookings are subject to availability and may require direct confirmation. Projkt Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking to qualify for a credit or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non refundable.

No shows will be charged the full session rate. Late arrivals do not extend booking time and do not qualify for partial refunds or credits.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within the allowed cancellation window.

Payments and Fees

All rates are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply for overtime, additional equipment, producers, engineers, or services not included in the original booking.

Overtime is billed in increments determined by Projkt Studios and must be paid immediately following the session.

Studio Use and Conduct

Clients and guests are expected to treat the studio, staff, and equipment with respect. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Smoking, illegal substances, and hazardous activities are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Alcohol consumption is permitted only with prior approval.

Clients are responsible for the behavior of all guests they bring into the studio.

Equipment and Damages

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to studio property, equipment, furniture, or fixtures during their booking. This includes damage caused by guests.

Projkt Studios reserves the right to charge the card on file for repairs, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage or excessive mess.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

All clients and guests enter the studio at their own risk. Projkt Studios is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

By booking a session, clients agree to release and hold harmless Projkt Studios, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability arising from use of the studio or participation in any production activities.

Content and Usage

Clients are solely responsible for the content they create and record at Projkt Studios. Projkt Studios assumes no responsibility for copyrighted material, permissions, or releases related to client projects.

Projkt Studios reserves the right to capture behind the scenes content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Right to Refuse Service

Projkt Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate applicable laws. This includes repeated violations of studio policies or failure to comply with staff instructions.

Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or studio services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
