How do I book a studio session
All studio bookings must be made through our website. Select your studio, choose your time, and complete payment to confirm your reservation.

Is there a minimum booking time
Yes. Most studio bookings require a minimum of two hours. Specific services or add ons may have different minimums listed at checkout.

What is included in my booking
Studio bookings include access to the reserved space and standard equipment listed on the booking page. Additional services such as producers, engineers, or specialty gear must be added separately.

Can I bring guests
Yes. You are welcome to bring guests, collaborators, or talent. You are responsible for the conduct and safety of everyone in your group.

Can I arrive early or stay late
Arrival and departure must align with your booked time. Early arrivals and overtime are subject to availability and additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking to qualify for a credit or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non refundable.

What happens if I am late
Late arrivals do not extend your session time and do not qualify for refunds or credits. Please plan accordingly.

Do you offer same day bookings
Same day bookings may be available depending on schedule and staffing. Availability is not guaranteed and full payment is required.

Is parking available
Parking details are provided after booking. Availability may vary depending on studio location and time of day.

Can I eat or drink in the studio
Food and drinks are allowed in designated areas only. Please help keep the studio clean and respectful for all clients.

Am I responsible for damages
Yes. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the studio, equipment, or property during their booking.

Do I need to sign a waiver
Yes. All clients and guests may be required to sign a liability waiver before using the studio.

Can you help produce my podcast or shoot
Yes. We offer full production services including podcast production, video, photography, and post production. Details are available on our Production page.

Can Projkt Studios use behind the scenes content
We may capture behind the scenes content for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session.
